She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and minors in Spanish and Criminology. Erica then returned home for law school, graduating from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2017. While in college and throughout law school, Erica clerked for an attorney specializing in consumer bankruptcy.
